We’re delighted that with the loosening of the lockdown and having planned how we can provide a safe and enjoyable visit for our staff and visitors, we’re re-opening exclusively for our Members from Tuesday 7th July 2020.
While this is hugely positive and we’re so looking forward to welcoming you back, the Willows we’re re-opening is not the same Willows we closed.
For your safety and to follow Government guidelines we’ve very limited visitor capacity and some areas we can’t yet open – but we’re going to make it the very best we can.
…you must have a Members pre-booked ticket to visit
With limited capacity we’ve decided to open exclusively for Members, but with some restrictions:
• We’re asking all Members to pre-book a Member’s ticket
• To welcome as many Members as possible, we’ve introduced a morning and afternoon session, which allows for cleaning in the time between sessions too
During our time of closure, we’ve refunded all Direct Debit Membership payments and we’ve decided we’re not going to start collecting payments yet, until we can provide an experience that’s good enough value.
So, during this period, each Member’s ticket booked will attract a £2 booking fee. I hope you agree this is the fairest way we can open exclusively for Members while your Membership payments are still on hold.
For our Annual Members, we’ll further extend your expiry date until we’re taking Direct Debit payments again.

Your Safety is Our Priority
Our re-opening plans include many Covid Secure actions from limiting visitors on site, 40 hand sanitising dispensers, social distancing markers, one way entry and exits, use of PPE by staff where required and full re-training of staff to deliver a Covid Secure and enjoyable time at Willows. My team and I are beyond excited to be opening our gates again, to seeing the smiling faces and hearing the squeals of delight of our younger guests and maybe, from some of the adult Members too now you can return!
It’s been a challenging period for us all and I’d like to end by thanking you for your support during these times and throughout the months ahead as we ‘put Willows back together’, keep you all safe and build for an even better future.
