Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers who have visited Willows Activity Farm as a day visitor and pay to become a member of Willows Activity Farm within 7 days of this visit are eligible for vouchers that can be used to purchase tickets for family and friends at Willows Activity Farm and in refreshment outlets on site
  2. This offer is valid for new memberships only and not for individuals who have had a previous membership identified on our membership system
  3. The value of the voucher is dependent on the type of membership applied and paid for as shown below:
    – Individual Membership – £15
    – Family of 2 – £30
    – Family of 3 – £45
    – Family of 4 – £60
    – Family of 5 – £75
  4. The voucher value will be sent digitally and can be used digitally on our ticket webstore to purchase tickets for family and friends or on site in our refreshment outlets
  5. Paid for means:
    1. If purchasing your membership annually, the digital gift voucher will be sent to you within 7 working days
    2. If purchasing your membership by Direct Debit, your digital gift voucher will be sent after the 2nd consecutive Direct Debit payment has been received.
  6. If a Direct Debit membership is cancelled before the required 12-month period, any outstanding voucher value will be cancelled
  7. The digital gift voucher can be stored in your Apple/ Google wallet on your phone
  8. The digital gift voucher balance will reduce by the value of the purchase using the digital gift voucher. The digital gift voucher balance is valid for 12 months. After 12 months, any remaining balance is lost
  9. There is no alternative offer or cash alternatives
  10. Willows Activity Farm reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer or remove it at any time
