Opening Times & Booking
With limited capacity to achieve social distancing we require all guests to pre-book a ticket online.
Members will need to show a valid Membership Card with their member ticket to gain entry. From 25th July, we’re introducing a ‘Members Golden Hour’ where members can enter Willows from 9.45am and have the farm park to themselves before non-member entries start from 10.45am. If you have a non-member as part of your group, they are welcome to join you. Member tickets are available here.
Term Time Members can purchase a top-up ticket from 25th July – 31st August 2020. These tickets cost £4.50 with a small booking fee and can be purchased here.
From 25th July non-member full day tickets are £20.50 plus booking fee. Non-members buying a ticket can choose an admission time from 10.45am, 11.45am or 12.45pm. Under 2 and carers tickets are free with a booking fee. Please book here.
If you book an under 2 ticket please bring with you proof of age.
If you need to book a carer’s ticket for a disabled Member please bring one of the following:
1. Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance letter dated within the last 12 months
2. Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter dated within the last 12 months
3. Current and valid Blue Badge
4. A letter from a GP or consultant, dated within the last 12 months, confirming the need for a carer/personal assistant. The carer must be over 16 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who holds the disability
We do not allow adult only entry. Guide Dogs are allowed on the Activity Farm but no other dogs will be permitted.
Willows Activity Farm is designed for families with children of primary school age with funfair rides, shows and adventure play and adult only admissions are not permissible.
