What Covid Safety precautions are you taking?
A maximum group of 6 may visit together. Please be aware that you must only travel to Willows if the tier level where you live allows you to travel. Hand sanitisers will be available prior to admissions and throughout the site – please use them before entry and during your visit. Please be respectful of all social distancing guidance, other visitors and our staff. First Aid will be restricted due to current restrictions, please bring basic first aid i.e. plasters, antiseptic wipes with you. Buckets and spades will not be available in our sand pit area but you are welcome to bring your own. We are using disposable 3D glasses in our 3D cinema. Your data may be used to support the NHS Track and Trace scheme should there be a confirmed notification of Covid-19 at Willows Activity Farm.

Why isn’t the heating on in the indoor play area?
Covid-19 Government restrictions prevents us from putting on heating in areas which use a heating system that pumps air around without adequate ventilation. This is because the Covid virus is more easily spread in heated and non-ventilated spaces. The only option of ventilation would be to open the fire doors but this then creates a much bigger safeguarding risk as there would then be no barrier to stop children leaving the area.

What is your Refund Policy due to Covid-19 Closure during December?
Should we face the unfortunate situation where we are officially forced to close due to Government instructions or your tier level changes that means you are unable to travel to Willows. We will offer a refund to all customers who purchased a ticket. This is only for days that we would be closed. We would request that a period of up to 28 days is allowed for the refund but we will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible.

If you personally are unable to visit due to self-isolation, quarantine or being ill due to Covid-19, then we will do our best to accommodate a change of date.

Do we have to pay to park our car?
The car parking facilities at Willows Activity Farm are free of charge.
