Hot Day Frozen Price Terms and Conditions

  • Willows Activity Farm can announce a hot day frozen price for a specific date – a minimum of 24 hours prior to the hot day frozen price date.
  • This will be based on the expected temperatures resulting in some activities needing to close due to the heat i.e. inflatables and Bouncy Bounce becoming too hot.
  • The discounted £9.95 price is available online and on the door.
  • Any customers who purchased an online ticket prior to the date has the option to change the date of their visit or receive a partial refund being the difference between the price paid and £9.95
  • The following will be open during a hot day frozen price date:
    • Indoor play – air conditioned
    • The Farmyard – undercover/ shaded
    • Puddle Play Park – water play and shade
    • Tristan the Runaway Tractor – covered trailer/ shaded
    • Adventure Play
    • Funfair Rides
    • Time limited Shows and Meet & Greets with characters
  • Some areas will be closed due to health & safety concerns, these include but are not limited to, Bouncy Bounce, inflatables, metal slides and guinea pig handling. Shows and Meet & Greets will be reduced in time.
  • All other ticket terms and conditions remain valid.
